Marina Abramovic is a Serbian artist, considered the most relevant performance artist alive. The Kitchen is a project by Abramovic in which she pays homage to Saint Therese of Avila. It was performed, filmed and photographed at the Laboral art centre in Gijón, Spain. 
Utopian and radical architects in the 1960s predicted that cities in the future would not only be made of brick and mortar, but also defined by bits and flows of information. |
