Metropolis is a quirky and very abridged narrative history of the city of Charlotte, North Carolina. It uses stop motion video animation to physically manipulate aerial still images of the city (both real and fictional), creating a landscape in constant motion.

On behalf of Playframe Berlin, Grosse8 / Lichtfront was asked to develop a presentation tool for displaying wooden textures on real objects. Austrians’ wood material specialist “EGGER-Holzwerkstoffe” required a tool, with which architects, designer and product developers could see their different styles and wood textures in real-time and of course in the same quality like an original EGGER product.

Urban Abstract was created by Jopsu Ramu and Timo Huhtala – creative team and founders of Musuta Ltd. Jopsu Ramu is a young female designer and Creative Director of Musuta Ltd. Timo Huhtala is her creative partner and manager of Musuta Ltd.
Created for Else Mobile Phones as half viral campaign, half official website content and commissioned by The Visionary Group in LA. ‘The Time Has Come’ acts as an intro for the new mobile device. The entire campaign was shot on location in downtown LA and California.
Curious Displays functions simultaneously as a form of design research and as a proposal for a new product, a future display technology.
