This was a video-invitation for Thierry Mugler’s Fall/Winter 2011 show in Paris. The collections, both male and female, were called “Anatomy of change”, and this was the “mood setting” presentation they made: A Rein Vollenga Nefertiti-meets-Allien sculpture floating to a choir music, shot in black and white by director Benjamin Alexander Huseby.
The French Maison was always known for excess, weirdness and some kind of an outer-space though fashionable aim in most of its creations, so this actually fits their spirit, really well.
