This film is the second collaboration between the great band Broadcast and The Focus Group. Psychedelic meeting.

Mounir Fatmi is a Moroccan visual artist. Ghosting was an installation by Fatmi at the 10th Lyon Biennale in 2009, an artistic swan song of video tapes. 
Irish visual artist Gerard Byrne (b. 1969) works with photographic, video, and live art. In 2007 he represented Ireland in the Venice Biennale. In this video Byrne talks about his exhibition ‘Images or shadows of divine things’ at The Common Guild, Glasgow, June 2010.

This is a case study (based on some research for a different project) features aphoto-realistic clean rooms and elements which were build to showcase architectural interiors and metal objects. The whole project from concept to final film was completed in 4 weeks.

Antonio Muntadas is a prolific and acclaimed conceptual artist of Spanish origin who is based in New York. El Aplauso is a three channel video installation from 1998, putting attention on the mechanical repetition of information by the media and on the assimilation by the spectator of this information, thus becoming unconscious accomplice to the media manipulation. |
