Hermès campaign “Jáime mon carré” video from Paris.
This film, commissioned by Islington Council, explores new urban designs for the A1 road. Set at nighttime, a pedestrian light’s green man takes us on a journey along the road, gathering clutter and working magic along his route.
The primary medium of Californian artist James Turrell is light. Building upon the cosmic aspects of this quiet, meditative place, Turrell is creating the worldwide largest museum installation he has made to date at the Kunstmuseum Wolfsburg.
Ucranian-born American artist, Louise Nevelson was a wandering figure. After living in multiple countries she became a prominent figure in the New York art scene until her death in 1988. Her work is notorious for her “Assemblage” sculptures made out of wooden fragments that she collected in the streets.
