Concrete printer, Factum Arte

Factum Arte stands behind some of the most amazing artistic productions in contemporary art. Factum Arte has built a working 3D cement printer that can print directly from CAD files. The plans have been finalized and a prototype was built for GENESIS, an exhibition about genetics that opened in Utrecht in May 2007. This technology has been used by Anish Kapoor for the concrete sculptures that he showed at his Royal Academy exhibition in 2009.
