Wooden Mirror, Daniel Rozin

Daniel Rozin made this wooden mirror in 1999 using 830 pieces of wood, each piece with a servo motor, and a videocamera. It’s interesting the relationship between digital (videocamera) and physical (pieces of wood) creating a pixelated reflection. This installation was the first of a mirror series.
