Italian photographer Gabriele Basilico is one of the most renowned documentary photographers in the world. Cities and industrial landscapes are his fields of investigation. Trained as an architect, he takes photographs of pieces of architecture, always in Black and White. This is a selection of his work on the occasion of the 16th International Seminar and Architectural Prize ‘PERIFERIE? NUOVI PAESAGGI URBANI’ in 2006.
