The Center the International of Conventions of the City of Madrid (CICCM) will be located in the north of the city, next to the enterprise complex Four Business Towers Area. It will have 119 meters of height and it will be the eighth higher building of the capital. The constructed total surface will be 290,000 ms ² of which 70,000 ms ² will be on the surface and 120,000 ms ² under earth, [1] allowing to shelter a main audience with capacity for 3,500 people (with possibility of extending itself in the future to a greater audience with capacity for 5,000 people), plus an area of exhibition of 15,000 ms ². This project was the winner of the Contest the International of Ideas of the new Convention center of the city of Madrid, that was celebrated the 26 of April of 2007. The building will have 10 plants, and sun form, reason why their architects Mansilla-Tuñón-Peralta called to the project “Madrid, where the Sun is not put”.
